5. AOB

Alan Martin is moving to Swindon. He will attempt to dial in using Netmeeting in the future.

The RIC split. A group re-shuffle was proposed, and debated. The proposal was for the Coffee Beans to win the current game for 2003, and there to be a new annual game. The stock would be split via lucky dip, and the cash would be split to balance the portfolios.

Re-shuffle vote:

6 For, 2 Against, 2 Abstentions

Motion carried, the game will reset during the December meeting every year.

New split – team names to be decided.

Team A: PA, AD, CBo, AM, WD, FF

Team B: GF, DJ, AW, AP, LW, CBa

Team A Stock: INTC, RNK, CEC, BNZL, ECK, BVS, RR

Team B Stock: SMDS, ICI, SHB, KEL, CW, HDYS, SPX

Value will be set at the closing price on 15th December 2003.
