Voted on the treasurer's proposal that all our holdings in the Charles Schwab account be transferred to our Comdirect account. Comdirect will pay for all charges incurred. Vote carried unanimously.
Action: Cyril to initiate transfer of all remaining holdings from Charles Schwab to Comdirect.
